hahaha, thats a good one.
I'm gonna take a guess and say that the death due to alcohol poisoning was not an accident exactly.
Theres also the Boston Molasses Disaster

One could say that that could be one hellofa way to go....almost, but not quite as good as dying in bed from "over exertion" due to the activities of twin 19 year old strippers.
