So after a few extract batches, I've got some remnant ingredients leftover. I'm looking for suggestions on what to make using some combination of the following:

Munton's dry yeast
Safbrew S-56 dry yeast
1.5 oz Perle Hops
0.5 oz Magnum hops

With those as the starting point,
1. What style would you try?
2. What type/amount of malt extract would you use?
3. What specialty grains would you use?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it were me, I would make an pale ale, something like:

7 lbs Pale LME
.75 lbs Crystal 40
.5 oz Magnum @ 60 min
.75 Perle @ 20 min
.75 Perle @ flameout
S-56 yeast

That should give about 35 IBU's +/_ depending on your hop AA's

I tend to like the later hop additions with the perle.

I like that...although I just realized I listed the wrong yeast. I actually have some Safbrew T-58, not S-56. Does that change things? So I'll respost what I have sitting around:
