I had an idea today. I should have done a Red, White and Blue Patriot Melomel during the Olympics, then open some every 2 years during the winter and summer Olympiad or 4th of July, "Welcome Home Military Brewers Program"(that Alamo_Beer setup), that or any other patriotic event.... You get the idea. I really like situational/inspirational brews.
So:

12# White sage or White Clover Honey (I've heard of white brush honey too)
6# Strawberries (red raspberries, cranberry, watermelon?)
4-5# Blueberries
Energizer/nutrients
Lalvin EC-118 (This worked well for a straight blueberry melomel)
