Grossman had a bad game. Every QB has one. As far as I'm concerned, he's still pretty much a rookie since he's only played a few games prior to this season. And he has an entire city that HATED him. Mac Jurko and Harry (afternoon ESPN radio guys) were trying to get people to start anti-Grossman websites prior to this seasons opener. He had a lot going against him and now he's got way too much pressure. If he pulls off this season then he's real-deal and potential future HoF material. If he crashes and burns, he'll be (unfairly) likened to Cade McNown or any of the other dud QB's the Bears have had throughout their history.
I think that this Bye week will be good for everyone. Rex will get his head together, the O-Line will look at their deficiencies and the D-line will get to fix the problems they had the first half of the game. I expect a stronger, more impenetrable Bears when they play SF.
