Is it OK to bottle beer that has been carbonated using CO2. Will it stay carbonated in the bottle.

Yes. I bottle from the keg all the time. Chill the beer and the bottles to near freezing and transfer the beer on over. Put a cap on the top of the bottle but don't crimp it yet. Turn the bottle over and back and the foam will start to rush out, cap it on as the foam starts to overflow. This pushes all of the oxygen out of the bottle and your beer will stay fresh longer. The CO2 will dissolve back into the beer.
