I brewed a Brown ale tonight.

1lb 8 oz carapils(thought I ordered 8 oz, which would of been better)
12 oz 40l
8 oz chocolate malt
5 lbs Amber LME
1 oz Northern Brewer
1oz of Cascade
.5 oz Willamette(was left in freezer so I just threw it in)
smells like chocalate coffee, kinda tastes like coffee too. Hope this flavor changes.
What will the extra pound of carapils do? AHS milled the grains all together(same grain bill)
