I did this brew in two separate batches, since I am limited on my batch sizes. Broke everything in half and tried to be as efficient as I could with both. did the first one 10 days ago, racked on top of Cascade and Crystal today Brewed second batch same day and racked on top of yeast and sediment from the first batch. Amazingly there was no lag time what soever, fermentation to off immediately! Now just chugging away. I'll give this 10 days and then blend them in a 6gal. carboy. and then let sit for at least another 3 weeks.
