Grains:
Gambrinus Honey Malt 3 lbs
German Pilsner Malt 3 lbs
Rahr Wheat Malt 2 lb
Global Kolsch malt 1 lb
Breiss Ashburne Mild malt 1 lb

Yeast:
White Labs San Diego super strain one vial

Starter 24 hours prior to brew

Hops:
1oz Willamette (45 min left)
2oz Homegrown Hops (15 min left)

Procedure:

Bring 4 gallons of water up to 170 degrees. Pour into mash tun with grains.
Stir until there is a nice pourage consistency. Mash for one hour occasionally checking the temp
and stirring (should stay around 158). Boil 2 and a half more gallons of sparge water right before mash out.
Drain mash tun into Boil pot. Ladle sparge water evenly over grains and let it all drain into boil pot.
Bring boil pot to boil. Follow Hop directions and cool to 70 degrees for optimum pitching.
