Mountain Dew Clone

Here is my clone recipe for Mountain Dew. It is actually a mixed drink recipe that I scaled up for a batch of soda, but I can't find my batch version at the moment. I will share the batch version including caffeine as soon as I locate it.

1oz OJ
3oz club soda
1tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp lemon juice.

The orange juice was frozen concentrate, made by following the directions on the can. I used Mountain Dew Throwback as my control. I believe this recipe to be exact. If it seems a little sweet it's because there is no bitterness from the caffeine. I'm curious what everyone thinks.

I'd love to have your scaled up version if you've found it.

I WILL be trying this this weekend. My favorite drink is mountain dew,
and I really hate myself for drinking because of the caffeine and the
calories (mountain dew is the reason I need to lose about 20lbs right now).

If this is even close to the taste, I can make batches of this and satisfy
that taste without causing nearly as much damage to my body. That would
be awesome.
