Pheonix and Spalt Imperial Pilsner Ale???

Got a crazy Idea, I have heard of DFH's Imperial Pilsner. I got about 4 oz of Spalt and 2 oz of Pheonix hops for free, just wanted to get some ideas for a IPA or should I do a SMASH beer? Would these two hops go well with each other? What would be a cool recipe? Thanks for the help yall!
 
Never used Phoenix... can't help there. Spalt is good stuff for pilsners, and may be all you need for a nice pils.

However "pilsner ale" is impossible. Use lager yeast, as pilsners are not ales!! You probably knew that, just sayin....
