Here's the recipe I'm doing tonight. Figured I might as well post it now, because I've got about 40 min until my next hop addition.

I added .5lb of Carafoam, because we screwed up my mash temp, and had to go a little thin. The Wilamette hops were also a last minute addition, because I realized my hops were lower AA than the Pro Mash defaults. So, I added them to get my IBU's up.

Mashed at 151, and fly sparged. Just added my bittering hops.....just killing some time now!
