I have beer kegged in my kegerator and have added amylase to it to bring the FG down.

Will this still work while kegged? I have time to wait, so i am not too worried about it. If it will not work well while chilled, can i bring the beer back to room temp safely?

Should i readd amylase if i do?

Alpha amylase works best around 155F, so adding it to chilled beer won't do much. Even at room temperature, you're looking at a slow process.

lovely :( ha ha

so can i bring the beer back to room temp and can i leave it carbed? or just suck it up and drink it
