I have brewed many stouts and porters that are excellent on nitro. With summer coming up I was interested in brewing some "lighter" beers. Does anyone have all-grain recipes that you would recommend to put on nitro? Thanks.

I've had a IIPA on nitro as well as a Pumpkin Ale. Both were awesome. I think the key to making anything on nitro is realizing that it's going to have a very muted aroma. The only problem I had with the IIPA was that it didn't have a huge hop nose.
