I'm looking at going with a SMaSh recipe for my second AG batch.

Any recommendations using either NB, or CTZ hops (I have a pound of each), or should I use something different?

I suppose it's a preference, but I've done a SMaSH with Columbus before and it was great. But at the same time I'm not a huge NB fan...I can never seem to nail down it's flavor.

its not a smash but beersmith has the all columbus ipa recipe from morebeer

I couldn't find it in Beersmith 2...???
 
I did a 2 row / columbus, but if I were to brew it again I'd do Maris Otter instead of 2 row. Hop additions at 60, 15 and 5 and mashed at 154. I love columbus hops.

Mash 13qt @ 150-152 for 60, sparge 3.75gal at 167-170
[60] - 1oz columbus
[15] - irish moss
[05] - 3oz columbus
[01] - 4oz columbus
#1056 AA w/ starter
2oz dryhop 20 days before bottling
2oz dryhop 10 days before bottling

1.057 OG
1.014<= FG
5.5%+ ABV
85IBU
