and hopefully not two infections. Just went to keg the hallertau blond smash and smell hit me instantly. It looks fine, but smells/tastes like rancid ****/puke.

When I transferred this to secondary( like a month ago). It smelled fine and I harvested yeast for the highlands gaelic ale I have in the primary now. Wish me luck that it is only the one batch. I was really looking forward to that clone.
 
Sweet! The other batch was not ruined. Must have went bad in the transfer to the secondary. Lucky me. Tasty beer:rockin:
