Grains

I have sprouted quinoa, ground buckwheat, roasted oats, roasted millet that are in a sealed plastic container. How long do these grains last? Ill be out of town for a while and didn't get to brew before I left. Wanna make sure I don't have crap ingredients for when I get back!

If you haven't done already, I would probably either dry out, or roast the quinoa. That should stop it from growing. But it should all last a while even long after you have come back.

Seal them up in glass jars in the fridge or freezer for best preservation.
