I've been to Ft. Hood many times. I fielded the M109A6 Paladins to the 1, 2, and 3/82nd FA, also modded the M119A2 Howitzers there a couple years ago.
I used to belong to the 1/82 FA when they were at Ft Bragg (1973-74 when we had M114 Towed).
