I just whipped up a batch of cider using Brandon recipe with fresh orchard apple juice then added about 2 lbs of honey to the boiling wart. I added 6 camden tablets tonight and plan of pitching the yeast tomorow.I have a starting gravity of 1.076 and total volume is about 6 gallons now the questions.

1)Did I screw up by adding the honey to the boiling wart?

2)I think honey is a slow frementor so how long in the primary?

3)ALL tips would be very welcome

Don't drink it all at once. Fermented honey has a reputation for causing nasty hangovers.
