Anyone tried these & can they recommend a good kit? I have used Cooper's Lager & Wheat and they are both good, but I'm looking for others...

Cheers! :fro:

The Coopers Draught kit is pretty good. It is more hoppy than you would think, but not like an IPA. Just use a kilo or so of extra light DME with it. I did a partial boil for fifteen minutes.

Forgot who it is now, but one of the gang here, says that is what he makes more than anything. He uses 750 grams each of DME and corn sugar along with his.

.

Yeah, cooper's kits are pretty good. You can make them real simple or use them as a jump-off point to get into partial mash and all that other stuff, all the while making decent beer. Morgan's kits are pretty good too, though there have been problems with them being d!cks to some people around here.
