- Simple pale ale with later hop complexity
This is not only my first recipe build, but my first All Grain brew. I designed this based on what i was going to have leftover from my other two brews. I did 3 all grain brews within a week, this one day, and two another day. I'm rather happy with how this turned out, kind of a mix of styles (due to the hops/yeast), but it's crisp with a bit of additional hop character at the end.
NOTE: This is a 3 gallon recipe due to my limitations, but I'd be happy to adjust for a 5 gallon if you don't have software to do so.
Let me know what you think!
