For some reason I didn't even think of NOT glueing the manifold together. May make another one unglued.

Looking good, but the slots need to be facing down. Be careful with your mash paddle or spoon so don't knock it loose.
What did you use to connect it to the valve? Closer picture please.

I read about running them facing the bottom, but most said it didn't matter. I think I'll make an unglued manifold and flip it as well.
The valve connections are cpvc to brass fittings. $4.50ea but that's what the hardware store had. 1 inside to threaded union, one outside to valve.
