Trying to decide on a 52qt or 70qt cooler for my mash tun. I'll more often brew 5 gallon batches but I like the option to make 10 gal batches. In fact i'm looking to soon make a 10gal scottish ale for superbowl.
Will a 52qt cooler suffice for 10gal batches or should I go with a 70qt?
