Ive the same issue. In fairness, it makes sense to limit the goodies to those who can / will support the forum.

This giveaway is limited to supporting members only, and yet you sent notice of the giveaway to me, an non-supporting member.

Anybody can enter. Only supporting members can submit their entries online. Non-supporting members can enter via U.S. mail, as Yooper alluded to above.
