As the title suggests, I'm interested in making the DFH India Brown Ale from Austin HB's kit. My question is what yeast is the best to use? They choices they offer are:

Wyeast Ringwood Ale
S-04
Is there one that would be better than the others for this style of beer? I'm not familiar with these yeasts, and so any input you might provide would be appreciated. Thanks!
