Hi, so I brewed up an american wheat 2 nights ago, and its fermenting happily in my closet, a little too happily maybe. It blew through the airlock the first night and covered my floor in krausen, and so I put a blow off tube on it. 24 hours later, its still pouring out the blowoff tube, and I'm worried I may be losing some yeast in all this blow off material. I used dry Safale yeast, and am using a 5 gallon carboy filled up to about 4.5 gallons. Thanks
