Currently I am brewing 10 gallon batches, I want to move up to 20 gallons. I have a 27 gallon fermentor and I want to use that as my primary. After the primary I want to store the beer (Depending on time I will keg some and bottle some at a later time), should I put it into multiple 5 gallon kegs, or buy another ferementor or storage tank to store it in?
 
Multiple 5 gallon kegs is your best bet. Much easier to handle and store, plus I suspect, much cheaper.
