Big Sky IPA is quickly becoming one of my favorite IPAs. Does anyone know of an extract recipe for this beer? Or can anyone tell me what hops I can use to get that grapefruit aroma and taste?

I love this one as well and would be interested. I've read that they use Simcoe hops, but would like a full recipe

Love it as well. I heard they use Simcoe and Crystal. My best guess is Simcoe for bittering along with a healthy dose of both hops at the end for flavor. Dry hop w/Simcoe. The base is likely pretty easy. Pale Malt, or light extract and steep a little crystal 60 and perhaps a touch of roasted barley for color adjustment since the beer is very orange-ish. You might be able to get numbers on the website but I would work backwards on whatever the listed ABV is. IRRC it is a 6.2% w/ 65 IBUS.
