Since it's Sunday morning and I live in the Pacific Northwest, the hoppiest things in the house. First, a Bent Rod Rye, then 3CPA. Much better than communion wine and I can have seconds.
Only 2:28pm here. I'm waiting for it to be late enough.. (is 3:30 good?) to work on the only thing I have in the kegerator right now.. a Golden Ale. I have three carboys sitting, two in secondaries and one in primary. I am afraid I'm going to come up short real soon and have to switch to commercial (yech)....
