I built a 10' x 14' BBQ area 10 or so years ago. I poured a slab and put a shingle roof over it and screened it in. Since we didn't use it much, it had a gas grill and I really like charcoal, I decided to move my brewery from the back porch too this area. I started with siding, then insulation that led to drywall, then I poured a concrete counter top. That led to a sink, tile, ac, and a tv. Ready to start brewing. Maybe next week-end.
