try Psycho Brew... they carry the same equipment and are more responsive to inquiries.

Did you ever get a response? I have a ~$700 deposit with them and they're not answering emails and the phone number on the paypal receipt has been disconnected...
I just got a conical from them last week. They are not very prompt with communication.
