Hi all.... Just received my Barley Crusher the other day. The adjustment knobs seem "locked" , I tried to turn them with a pair of pliers and couldn't move them. I didn't use a lot of pressure for fear of breaking something. So the question is: is there something wrong with the mill or do I need to apply more pressure? Thanks
 
They are in position "A" in this illustration.
I have noticed that instructions for these mills seem to be missing when they arrive, I posted up this because several people never got them with their mills.

I think I was a rare case that did get instructions with mine, you are going to love it! You should hand crank a few batches before using a drill, it builds an appreciation for electricity.
