I use chlorine and Sulfite to sanitize my equipment. Now someone told me that when I wash with sulfite not to rinse it (just let it dry), and when I need the equipment again I can just rinse it and use it. Just wondering if I can realy do that?

I've heard of using sulfite in wine making but more brewers use one of the no rinse sanitizers instead.
I don't know about that technique. I would much rather use a no rinse sanitizer like Idophor or Star-San just before using an item in my beer or wort. Its easy and seems the safer way to go.
