Sure, i bought it from AIH. I had to take apart the plastic stock spigot and use the threaded ring and the gasket. Its got the thermowell, and a grommet for a normal sized airlock.

Cool. Looks like the one NorCal Brewing makes. Same price too. What thermometer are you using with it? I'm currently using just one of these, but I'm not sure how accurate it is on the outside of a plastic Speidel.

I went all out for a nice thermometer early on in the hobby. I got the Thermoworks waterproof handheld https://www.thermoworks.com/Therma-Waterproof along with its rubber boot w/kickstand and magnet.
The probe I'm planning on using in the thermowell is one I bought for mash temp.

It's a flexible wire probe used for testing commercial dishwashers, though if I buy another it would probably be a cheaper wire probe. I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

I'm running Fast fermenters with the standard FF thermometer and thermowell. For the liquor tank, mash and boil kettles I'm using these thermometers. They're working really well.

New Avantco IC3500 came to my door today.

Electric brewing setup progresses.View attachment 616022

We have that exact model at my work. It will start a gallon of water to boil in a rectangular pan in about 5 minutes. If the pot covered the whole coil, I bet it would go faster and I think that it’s plenty for a full size batch. Ours at work has lost its “calibration” for the temperature function. We use a thermocouple thermometer to monitor the actual temp while using it anyway.

I would be very interested in hearing how this works out for you. Been doing loads of research on Electric brewing options, but haven’t really considered this option.

There are a few people that are using them. The thread below convinced me to get one, but I haven't had the chance to use it yet.

See this thread for reference: Will this cheap 3500 watt induction burner work

Power punch 22 beer line cleaner - I use it on a lot of my equipment as well, so always need some on hand.
Also, some wyeast yeast nutrient.

Absolutely, I'll let you know. It'll probably be a week before I use it as I've got lots of work to do in my brewing room.

Got three tri clamp quick clean ball valves to replace some of my tri clamp valves that don't have the quick clean feature. I already had two of the quick clean valves on my March pumps and I liked them so much I ordered a few more. Very easy to break down to get to the insides and soak in PBW. Just undo the clamp and the whole valve comes apart. No more wrenches that I had to use to take the other style apart for cleaning. Great upgrade!

Looks like you received some good NY beers! Both craft and home brews. Right @Dgallo?
Yeah man. Both the cans are NEIPAS from sloop and the bottle is my denali, mosaic and citra double milkshake ipa fermented on peaches mango and pineapple. Really hoping it shipped well. I’ve had terrible luck bottling from the keg and shipping. They’ve been oxidizing on me. I think I worked it out this time
