Is it possible to fix a regulator?

It's probably a torn diaphragm. An easy fix, but I couldn't tell you where to get one.
I took it apart. It seems that beer has been suck into before (it's an old regulator that I bought to force carb my keg).
I washed everything but it wasn't the problem.
It was the back screw that needed to be screw.
But now it's working and clean!
