Hey All,
My next batch is going to be a Strawberry Blond. I'm only making a half batch as I don't drink my beer quickly enough to warrant a 5 gallon batch.
I'm planning on getting a 3 gal glass carboy for my half batch Primary fermenter. In the secondary I plan on adding the 4 lbs of fresh strawberries.
However my question is the following:
What should I use as my secondary fermenter??
I have 2 - 5 gallon buckets and a 5 gal glass carboy. I might do a third fermention back in the primary 3 gal depending on how i feel, with the strawberries I might want to clear it a little bit more.
