Hi Folks,
I have been reading a lot of threads about electric brewing. It appears that many are in the same boat as I was - knowing GFCI exists, but not really sure how it works. There is a lot of great advice about what to do and NOT to do, and a lot of encouragement to be safe and do it on this forum. If you're like me it isn't always good enough to know what wire to put where - I want to know why. I found this site to be very helpful in understanding exactly what GFCI is and how it works, and, more importantly, why it is so important:

My apologies if this has already been posted somewhere.
