So my last batch of beer came out very unevenly carbonated. Some beers are flat and some do nothing but fizz.
Do you guys think that is an infection? It sounds like it may be according to "How to Brew".
Could it possibly be an uneven distribution of the priming sugar though? I used 3/4 cup of corn sugar in 2 cups of water.
