Hi everyone,
I'm a fairly new brewer with five batches of extract brewing under my belt. I was looking to do a Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat clone and couldn't really find any info online, so I sent an email to Boulevard and they sent the recipe below back to me. Can anyone help me convert this to extract brewing? I am doing five gallon batches. Thanks!
Eric

We look for an end of boil gravity of 11.3 degrees Plato
Cool wort to 19C and pitch an English Ale strain. We ferment at 19C until the beer reaches 6-6.5 degrees Plato at which point we temp up to 23 C for the duration of fermentation. Final gravity is 2.8 Plato
