Honey Mustard Sauce

1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (Grey Poupon)
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp prepared yellow mustard (French's)
1/2 tsp malt or cider vinegar

Whisk all ingredients together until combined. Makes enough dipping sauce to serve 3-5 people munching on salad/appetizers.

Variations:

For a thicker, creamier consistency, fold in up to 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Try substituting lemon or lime juice for the vinegar.

If you like it spicy, add hot sauce to taste or substitute spicy mustard for the yellow mustard.

For a unique, homebrewed flavor, add a tsp or two of porter or stout.
