Lambic blowout in south Austin

I went to the HEB at Brodie Lane and William Cannon today. They are selling off their remaining Chapau lambic for $1.99 a bottle. I guess they will not carry it anymore, but they will continue to stock Lindemans. I got 12 or so bottles, but there are some left. They have a bunch of flavors, Raspberry, Strawberry, Pineapple, and Banana. The Banana wasnt too good last time but for 2 bucks, I got a couple to mix with Strawberry and see what comes out.

Really, a lambic with banana is good? I just can’t imagine why they would use banana or pineapple, but everyone has a different taste. Only fruit I like in beer is cherry and raspberry. It's awesome that they are selling out and you're getting them!

Weve only gotten the Banana once before, and it wasnt a hit. At $2 a bottle though its worth experimenting.
