Man, its tough. I know the material cost and labor cost (enough to be fair). Only one bid out of 12 has met it. Another bid was close to it, but who they hire was questionable.
Now, I do not haggle. Not on construction bids.
Angie list is kind of sucking right now.
At least I found one. What was funny as heck is that my neighbor paid more for a pergola. Which is why I know that 10 out of 12 is giving a high bid offer in my area :fro:
