I brewed a barleywine from NB 18 days ago and its still actively fermenting. I started with a 1.5L starter and only had about 3 hours of lag time. the fermentation was very active for the first 4 days. The airlock is still bubbling consistently about 5 times a minute. The OG was 1.084 and i havent checked the SG yet because i was just going to wait until active ferm stops. I used neobrittania yeast.
