first batch, Brew House Kit (wheat) followed the instruction times(i didn't know yet of ways to use hydrometer) anyway OG 1040-3days later 1010 rack to carboy - 11days brings me to now. I want to add raspberries, good idea to try fresh-frozen berries(No boil) at 2# to secondary for remainder of the 9days it says until bottling? what think. i've done hours of reading and you can find pros and cons for all decisions, im just concerned because i never racked over the berries, i would be lifting the airlock and adding them

I don't think I'd mess with fruit for your first batch.

If you're dead set on using fruit, then 1-2lbs of fresh raspberries will give you a good raspberry flavor. One pound would probably be plenty in a wheat though.
