i was thinking of getting a march pump and a 40 plate heat exchanger off ebay. im building my brewery so this would come in handy to have. what would you think would be the best stuff to spend it on.

things i need....

3 burners
march pump
heat exchanger
valves
fittings
semi full keging setup
pressure fermenter
steam masher
carboys/demijohn
endless coors light
keg of coors just for the keg
gas
 
ima fill my jacuzzi with it and bask in the cold air like a beached whale...

drunken translation, "i would like to have a steam mashing setup but that all depends on my ability to find an all american pressure canner"
 
Not that I know how to do this, but I think that Yuri came up with a steam mashing method using a corny keg and an electric element to heat like 3 gallons of water into steam. You can search for it as I am feeling lazy today in my chair.
