Figured I'd post my obligatory first all grain post. Temps in the basement are still in the low 50's so I figured I'd go for a lager on my first all grain.

gotta say the extended time gives me an decent buzz on drinking my hef. :D

The igloo cooler held a steady temp for the 90 min mash. Didn't boil off as much as I thought I would, but I hit my OG.

Over all I've really enjoyed it, and pretty happy with the igloo tun. we'll see how it turns out in 6 or 7 weeks.
 
Taking a bit to cool, the new 42qt kettle won't fit in the sink and the 25' chiller I made isn't dropping it very quick.
 
I got it below 90 in about 30Minutes. I just took it outside to get it below 70 I'll pitch when it gets to that.
