Thinking of getting a areation stone and wondering what's the best way to sanitize this? Turn it on in water that has idophor in it and let it bubble for 10 min? Any clues? How long is long enough when areting wort with 1 of these? Thanks guy's n gals.

I soak it in iodophor , letting the solution get inside the hose too, then I turn it on while its still underwater to blow out the sanitizer.

Ive tried boiling it too, since thats what the directions that came with mine said to do, but this is easier since I already have a sanitation bucket going, and the stove is busy boiling wort.

So far I havent had a problem with this method, but I too am open to suggestions.

Also, I am not sure how often the inline air filter is supposed to be replaced. Any ideas here?
