I'm ordering my first kegging setup this week and had a question I didn't readily find mentioned in the forums.
I'm planning on doing the primary in Ale Pail and then siphon into a keg as the secondary and let that sit sealed at room temp for 3-4 weeks to age. At this point would it be a good idea to add priming sugar to it? I'm wondering if since it will be sitting for weeks, maybe it would naturally carb over that period and not need an extra week or so to force carb.
I'd like to get a rotation going so that there's a couple aging at a time so there's alway something ready on hand.
