I plan on homebrewing today so I take my wyeast from the fridge and I pop the inner pouch but then I noticed a small pin size hole on the bottom of the wyeast package. Is this something I should be worried about?

If there is liquid coming out of that hole, I'd be worried...that means other contaminants and wild yeasts could get in there too. If you're able to run to a LHBS nearby, I'd just get another package of yeast. If you feel adventurous, just dump it in your brew, but I would hate to ruin an entire batch. If you can't get to a LHBS, then just postpone your brew day. That's a hell of a lot better than having to throw out 5+ gallons of the good stuff after you put all that work into it.
