Hi, been brewing all malt kits mainly Muntons was wondering if I can use spray malt instead of sugar at priming stage? (I will be priming in a pressure barrel). :confused:
 
You can use DME. The major advantage of corn sugar 100% fermentation. With DME the calculations are a little iffy unless the manufacturer lists the percentage of fermentables.
