ok so I posted in another thread earlier about loving the cloudy mead but I guess its time to get professional about it. I've never added campden or anything but I've got 15 gallons going right now that I would like to clear up, is it too late to add campden or is there another method! I heard someone mention throw it through lees but was so confused is this like mesh strainer? I mean at least I'm not wine thieving half way through and spoiling the mead!

WILDFLOWER- 15lbs wildflower honey heated just below boiling for 15 min in water, white star labs sweet mead yeast, 2 tblsp yeast nutrient, still fermented actively after 6 weeks

FIREWEED- same honey water method as wildflower, same yeast, same nutrient- I did get a chance to use a fining agent, quick kleer, but after 24 hours I see zero improvement

FIREWEED w/RASPERRY PUREE- same pitch as other two, added 2 quarts raspberry puree after 6 days
